These Terms of Service govern your use of the GoPlumberNow website and call-connection service. By calling our line, submitting your phone number, or otherwise using our service, you agree to these terms.

Our Service

GoPlumberNow is a referral and call-connection service. We connect homeowners and property owners with independent licensed trusted local plumbers working in the State of Ohio. GoPlumberNow does not itself perform plumbing work, employ plumbers, or supervise any work performed. All plumbing work is performed by independent contractors, each of whom provides their Ohio contractor license number before any work begins.

No Warranty of Workmanship

Because all work is performed by independent contractors, GoPlumberNow makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any plumbing work. Any dispute regarding workmanship must be resolved directly with the contractor who performed the work.

Use of Our Service

You agree to provide accurate information when describing your plumbing issue and to use our service only for legitimate, non-commercial plumbing requests. You agree not to misuse the service, submit false requests, or interfere with its operation.

Telephone Communications & Consent

By calling our line or submitting your phone number on our website, you agree that GoPlumberNow and its independent service providers may call or text you at the number you provide about your request, including using automated technology, artificial voice, or prerecorded messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Standard message and data rates may apply. To revoke consent, reply STOP to any text or email support@goplumber.com.

Compensation Disclosure

GoPlumberNow may receive compensation from independent service providers for connecting calls. This compensation does not affect the price you pay for plumbing services, which is determined solely between you and the contractor.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoPlumberNow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our service or any work performed by an independent contractor. Our total liability is limited to the amount, if any, we received for connecting your call.

Changes to These Terms
